Order Process
1Start with a Quote
You send us a quote request by filling out the online form, indicating the product you want printed, the quantity, the material content, the colour of the product, the artwork or logo and the placement of the artwork.
2Consultation of your Project
Your customer service representative will contact you with confirmation of the quote and to ensure all questions are answered
3Approve the Order
Once satisfied with your quote, you send in your order via email or fax. We will then send an order confirmation confirming the price.
4Proof your Order
Once order details are approved, we send over your order proof. Order details, print specs and mockups are included.
5Let's Print
After your art has been approved and your goods have been received, we will proceed with production
6Ready to Ship
You will be advised when your order is ready to be picked up or delivered.
